As a member of North Coast Builders Exchange, you are no stranger to the importance of the construction industry and the pivotal role it plays in our local communities. The Teacher Grant Program is one of the ways we, as an organization, give back to our community and support the future of our industry.

Our Teacher Grant Program provides much-needed funds to local construction teachers in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, and Lake Counties. These dedicated educators work tirelessly to equip their students with the knowledge and skills required for successful careers in construction.

Our industry is built on the foundation of knowledge, experience, and hands-on training. However, many construction education programs face financial constraints that limit their ability to provide students with essential materials and supplies. This is where the NCBE Teacher Grant Program steps in:

  • Empowering Educators: Your support allows local teachers to purchase the tools, equipment, and materials needed to create engaging and effective lessons that inspire the next generation of builders, architects, and tradespeople.
  • Investing in the Workforce: By investing in construction education, we contribute to the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, ensuring the future success of our industry.
  • Fostering Innovation: Teachers use these grants to develop innovative projects that promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among their students.
  • Building Futures: Through your contributions, we help open doors to promising careers in construction for our youth.

We are thrilled to announce that Redwood Credit Union has generously pledged to match donations to the NCBE Teacher Grant Program. For every dollar you invest, Redwood Credit Union will match it up to $8,000, with $2,000 allocated for each county that NCBE serves. Your investment will have double the impact, thanks to their commitment

We invite you to be part of this transformative initiative by contributing to the 2023-2024 NCBE Teacher Grant Program. Your financial support will directly impact the lives of students and educators in our region.

To donate,  you can mail a check to the North Coast Builders Exchange office. Every dollar you donate will go directly to local construction teachers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to inspire and educate the next generation of construction professionals.

Together, as members of the NCBE community, we have the power to make a profound impact on the future of construction education in our region. By supporting the Teacher Grant Program, you play a crucial role in building a brighter future for our industry and our communities.

Thank you for your dedication to our mission and for considering a contribution to the 2023-2024 NCBE Teacher Grant Program. Together, we can continue to make a positive difference in the lives of students and teachers alike.
