Identifying and Responding to Microaggressions in the Workplace

Creating an inclusive workplace requires leaders, teams, and individuals to pay attention to the subtle ways in which they exclude or convey negative messages to individuals based on aspects of their identity through language or behavior. In this workshop, participants will learn what microaggressions are, examine the impact of microaggressions on others, and learn how to respond to them as a bystander and as the target of them.
