We have a group workers' comp program in partnership with State Compensation Insurance Fund. With over 450 participants and $8 million in premiums, it is a significant group program. Construction seminars and workshops are held throughout the year in the Construction Training Center. Topics covered include health, safety, legal issues, construction Hot Topics, business and marketing. Meeting Room Rentals Available

Classroom Rental- A classroom is available for members to use in the companion building at 1000 Apollo Way. The room size is 30' x 34' ft. and can accommodate 30 people in classroom seating or 50 people in theater-style seating. Room rental includes tables, chairs, coffee service area, large TV with video and DVD capabilities and built-in screen. It can be rented for a full day or half day. President's Conference Room Rental - The room size is 12' x 20' and accomodates 10 to 12 comfortably. Room rental includes conference table, leather swivel chairs. FREE to NCBE members only. Call (707) 542-9502 or email us for availability (reservation required).

Construction Training Center Rental - The room size is 36' x 67' and accomodates 80 people in classroom seating, 120 people in theater-style seating or 80 people in round banquet-style seating. Room rental includes tables, chairs, coffee service area, podium with microphone, internet access, freestanding flip chart, built-in projector and screen and a large TV with video/DVD capabilities. Includes Caterer's Kitchen facilities, refrigerator, range top, oven, dishwasher, food prep-area and ice machine. It can be rented for a full day or half day.
