NCBE Workers' Compensation
The North Coast Builders Exchange has a group workers' comp program in partnership with State Compensation Insurance Fund. With 500 participants and 19 million in premiums, it is a significant group program.
California law requires that anyone who contracts to do a property improvement project valued at $500 or more must be properly licensed by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
