On-site and Electronic Plan Room - Located in Santa Rosa, our Plan Room contain full plans and specifications for projects bidding throughout Northern California. NCBE members may use the Plan Room during our office hours or check out plans overnight. Plan copying services are also available, as well as our online electronic plan room service.

Group Programs - NCBE has developed an excellent reputation for saving members money through its various group insurance plans (Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, Workers' Comp, Disability) as well as the Group Legal.
